JNCH implements new port gate in procedure for Exports
Jawahar Customs, Nhava Sheva has implemented a new procedure for port gate in of factory stuffed export containers. Under this procedure, all export containers (except those of status holders, EOUs and ODCs) will now have to be routed via any one of the nominated CFSs. There will be an on wheel ‘Let Export Order’ generated and then only the containers will be allowed to go to port terminals. Needless to say, there will be a nominal charge levied by the CFS.
